Subject:Can Not Download Acid 3.0

I am having problems downloading acid 3.0. once its completely downloaded, when i install it t tells me that i have to first download DiretX 8.0. i dunno where that is, ive looked, i dunno why i need it, and i need HELP!!!
pls gimme a shout back if u have any feedback.

On the install screen that tells you that you need DirectX 8 there should be 2 button on the bottom- One says Download and the other says Exit.

The download button will send you to the appropriate website.
