10d 64bit cannot render to wmv?

I was working on a project in the 64bit version off 10d. I went to render a wmv to send a sample to my client and the wmv template was not there. It is there in the 32bit version. Any reason why it wouldn't show up? Thanks

That's weird, because as you can see in mine it's not there.
