Subject:other track when recording

I have Acid 2.0 and ever since this morning when I try to record a new track over another one, the other track does not play. I don't even see the bar moving. Restarting my machine did not make a difference. Did I accidentally change a setting?

Silly question, but is the "Play while recording" box in the Acid record dialog box checked? Your playback volumes aren't muted in Acid or Windows, also, correct?

Okay, now I feel really stupid! I don't know how I missed the "play while recording" checkbox. Thanks!
