SF should add that the forum is mostly a peer-to-peer community on there. Users who have problems with ACID or any other SF product should either call SF or fill out the email support form under the support link for complete, one-on-one support.

It was always my impression that I got much faster solutions that way.

Thanks for the suggestion. It already says this at the top of the main forum page, otherwise we probably would have put that in the FAQ.
