I noticed an update for ACID Pro 3.0..I have build 189 is update 3.0c a better and newer update?

Yes and no? ;o)

Actually, there are some bugs fixed and a little that were introduced. I believe SF was going to release another version soon. Give it a try anyway. Couldn't hurt. (Just be sure to back up any ACD files you may have in the case of a severe meltdown.)

I've noticed a little more stability with each new version, so there's something to be said there.
