help files (where are they and where do they go -ACID Product Family

Subject:help files (where are they and where do they go Posted by: BPB Date:10/28/2001 12:38:36 AM When I click HELP in ACID 3.0 I get nothing. I've put the PDF manual in every folder I can think of. I don't think this is the file the help button opens..any one know what file should be in what folder to have "help" open it. I downloaded this program and only got the support disk in the mail. If you still can't access help this way, definitely try uninstalling, downloading the latest version and installing that. Iacobus

I certainly like having the grid reflect the note values back. That was confusing the hell out of me as I couldn't determine where in the world 16th notes were. It was like painting in the dark. :) Hmmm...I didn't have that problem. I'm sure I must've created several projects in that build too and opened them up in the later builds. I did, however, have mysterious crashes every now and then. I had to rebuild certain tracks with the exact same parameters to remedy the situation. (Weird, but this is Windows after all. :) ) Iacobus
