A year ago in November, I did the online purchase and download thing of Acid Pro 2.0. Well, a week ago, my computer drive failed, and I no longer have Acid Pro 2.0 ....how do I download it again and get the activation codes? I have my receipt and order #'s and all that still..just no Acid Pro 2.0 anymore....

what to do?

E-mail customer service.
Just don't do it again!!! :)
What I've done is wrote down the reg. number and put it with a CD-R copy of the Acid set-up file I downloaded.
However, even if I was to lose both, I'm registered with SF, so that shouldn't be a problem. I just e-mail them, and they give me my registration number.
This is why it is important to register you Sonic Foundry software!!

Yeah, I am sure they can help me with the registration keys and stuff...but, ahm, I dont have the download install file anymore...I have NOTHING anymore....where can I get the software to reinstall it?

I can't remember what I did actually now, that was a year ago. I've been happily making my music since. However, SF did mail me the 2.0 LOOP DISC about a week later. I am sure that I did register, because they emailed me my activation keys...

Hey Michael,
If you downloaded the software, they should have the info required to verify you actually purchased Acid, and they'll set you up.

Yeah, I am sure they can do something for me :) I have the order # and receipt and all that from my credit card. it just might take some time..I don't mind. :)

Sonic Foundry's service is next to none, you won't have a problem. I speak of experience, the same thing happened to me.
