Subject:when running the demo on win xp acid 3.0 crashes

hi there.
i installed the demo of acid 3.0(any build). when running acid for the first time i was asked to choose "run as demo" or "have a serial". i chose "run as demo" and then acid crashed. anyone could help me? i use windows xp.
