I can't seem to hear the playback of the vocals that I've just recorded. I see the data or what I believe to be data on the screen, as though a track was recorded but, as I said I can't hear it. What am I doing wrong? I'm using the Microsoft Sound Mapper as a Recording device. Does that make a difference? I'm also routing the microphone thru a TOA mixer, directly out of the computer. Can somebody help me... Thanks! |

you should see your soundcard in the list of recording devices...you should choose your soundcard rather than the Microsoft Sound Mapper... |

Hello, Instead of Sound Mapper select Windows Classic Wave Driver, Then below that select your sound card in the next drop down list, Click OK, then the sound cards recording device should be able to be selected in the record dialog. See ya, Rockit |
