Serials?

Just purchased VP 12 (DL) and the order is showing in "my orders" but no serials in "my software" . When purchasing a downloadable product , should not the serial numbers be showing in "my software" right away?

Your serial number should have been emailed to you. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox or spam folders, please contact Sony Creative Software customer service either by email or telephone and they will be able to resend you the email. The serial numbers do not show up in the My Software section until after you register them after first launch of the software. After the product is registered, it will then add the product to the My Software section with the serial.
