Subject:error wile opening an ACD

hey i recently formated but i backed up all the files for my acid project. A nice zip with all sub directories and files all intact. there were no directx FX inserts of any sort on the project. and im using the same version of acid as before. 3.0

yet i get this error message. and nothing will open.

an error occured while opening the acid file (2).acd
The item was not found
