Subject:Reinstall Windows - Now Acid 2.0 asking for serial#

I reinstalled Win2k. Now Acid 2.0 is acting like I just installed it, asking for a serial number. All I have are original emails with activation codes, none of which have anything like a serial number.

None of the other programs on my pc were so affected by reinstalling the OS.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

Did you download Acid 2.0 or did you purchase the boxed version? If you
have the boxed version, then your serial number will be in the documentation
you got in the box.

If nothing else, you can call the customer service number at 800-577-6642
and have your information handy, such as: eMail address, name used to
register the program, and the eMail confirmation you got of your order.
They'll get you set right up again.
