I registered all of my products but I lost my code for the iZotope Vocal Eraser. I looked online and it looks like you can't get another one without purchasing a whole new version of Sound Forge, so is there any way to get a new one?

The registration is likely similar to the iZotope mastering suite in SF-Pro10. I would suggest downloading and installing the plugin from the Sound Forge Audio Studio 10.0 iZotope Vocal Eraser updates page: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/link?id=4603.0 Then roceed with the (rather confusing) iZotope registration.. SCS customer service (not tech support) may be helpful with this issue as well.
