Problems recovering file! Help Please! -ACID Product Family

Subject:Problems recovering file! Help Please! Posted by: Starjueles Date:12/31/2001 10:49:00 AM I have saved a few files. When I opened one of them, it's fine. Then, I opened a few others and they don't open. It says it's missing, but it's right there in my music folder. I saved them both in the Acid 3.0 Project file, but one is working and two isn't. Why is that? Why does it say it's missing, when it's right there? Is there any way I can recover it somehow? I am working with Acid Music 3.0 and saved them both to 3.0. If anyone can help, please do. This is very important music here. Thank you.

It sounds like you are able to find the .acd project but have moved the .wav loops (or whatever format you were using) and ACID is telling you that it can't find the loops you used.

Reply by: Starjueles Date:1/1/2002 8:48:18 PM What I did was I mixed about four songs with my Acid Project and all of a sudden, I cannot open that Acid project anymore. I didn't move any of those songs, didn't touch anything. When I look at the info of the one that is opening and the one that isn't opening...it's exactly the same, except that the one that is working I worked on three days later. So...I have no clue what to do. Any help???

Also are these seperate projects, or one project with seperate files within the project? Just trying to clear a few details up, Rockit
