Errors when using assignable FX -ACID Product Family

The item was not found." ============================================================= "The reason for the error could not be determined." ============================================================= Until today, I've got NO ANSWER from Sonic Foundry, although I have sent a technical request. I (and all other users having this problem) wish to receive information (and update) as soon as possible. Thanks.
