i want to mix music directly into acid 3.0 i figure i have to upgrade my sound card i have the sound blaster that my pc came with i am willing to spend up to $400 any ideas would greatly appreciated i have XP operating system thanks and happy new year |

mD thanks for the info i am seriously thinking of getting the m-audio i'm just not sure which one? the delta44....delta66....delta1010...or the omni studio the prices are way down i think i'll call m-audio and ask a few questions before i pick one up thanks for the info sonicboom |

Hi again sonicboom, I'm using the Audiophile 2496 myself, which is even cheaper than the other choices you mentioned. It'll all depend on what you need it for. I just wanted S/PDIF (coaxial) and MIDI. Number of inputs/outputs is really a non-issue for me. Have fun with whatever you decide! :) Iacobus |
