Has anyone actually gotten a reply from Customer Service? I posted an email on Christmas day about my problem and it said they would get back to me as soon as possible. I still have not had a reply. When I talked to tech support, they told me it wasn't their problem that I needed a new driver or firmware and I should contact Dell. The problem is similar to the one posted by roparker except I cannot get it to recognize my CD burner even if I log in as administrator using Acid Music 3.0e, not Acid Pro 3.0. My drive is a internal Sony CRX160E Scsi CD Rom Device. Thanks |

I've never had a real problem with SF's tech support. They always seem to help me out when I need it. Have you tried newer firmware for your CD-RW as SF suggested? Iacobus |

I haven't figured out where to get the firmware. I went to the dell support and there were no downloads for that device. I sent them an email and am waiting for a response. Would the firmware/drivere be under Sony's support? |

I uninstalled Acid Music 3.0e and reinstalled the original CD of Acid Music 3.0a and it works as advertised. It looks as though it is a problem with the upgrade, no the CD Read Writer. |
