Subject:Can't start up ACID Pro 3.0

Hello all:
I purchased ACID Pro 3.0 tonight, and was excited about loading it on my computer (HP Pavillion 760 running Windows XP)

It loaded successfully, but when I try to start the program, I get the following error message:

acid.exe – Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?SfCdi_Initialize@@YGJPAUHINSTANCE_@@KPAD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library SFCDI.dll.

I don't know what this means or how to fix it.

I tried reinstalling and rebooting, but I still get the same error message. I'm frustrated! I really want to get started making music!

If anyone has a suggestion about what I should do, please let me know... I would be very grateful.

Thank you,
Steve

I'm happy to report that when I called Customer Service, they told me to download the ACID Pro 3.0e fix from the website, and that did the trick!
