omg i hate this problem...........i cant save. whenever i ask it to save or quit in any way (toolbar, file save,file save as, x button, file quit) i get this page....Page unalbe to laod Contact sonic foundry for assitance. Should i re-install? is there a way to fix this.......i am using 3.0 not 3.0c or e maybe thats why. anyways i need HELP cuz I"M DOIN BIG THINGS ya know? thanx -XS

Contrary to some peoples thoughts, I think you should always keep software updated, That's why they call em' updates, And if you call SF that's the first thing there going to tell you to do. So try that first.

I second on what Rockit said. You have nothing to lose by trying out a new(er) build. If you feel a little too anxious about it, back up your ACD files. (Actually, you should always back up your projects regardless if you're having problems or not.)

Same here!
I beta test a lot of software and I've seen a lot of problems between different software companies, That's another reason why they have these updates. Everyone is improving their stuff and sometimes the new and the old don't play well together. What MS did to fix one bug may caused another in other apps.
