Subject:converting files from pro 3 to music 2?

is it possible to convert acid pro 3 files that I have already created into acid music 2 files? I no longer have access to a computer that can run acid pro 3 so I'm having to switch to a comp. with music 2.

In a word, no.

But you can try to use ACID Pro 3's export loop function (File>Export Loops on the menu bar) and export all the tracks as WAV's and import those into ACID Music 2, key and tempo changes and all. (Effects, if any, will be also be rendered into the exported tracks themselves.)
