Subject:Laswell Series Question

I've heard so much gushing over these Laswell discs I gotta try one--my immediate needs are for rich, somber ambient/new age pads. No beats, no dance, just dark, pretty mood texture. Can anyone hip me to the correct Laswell disc(s) to cover this style? His names for his CD's are so goofy it's impossible to discern anything from them!

All the discs in the collection have the same genre folders, i.e., "Ambient," "World," "Rock-Funk," et al.

My favorite samples are the "Bowed Bass" loops on Disc 1 of the Covert Diaspora discs. Very rich.

True, you can only get the Covert Diaspora discs if you buy the whole collection, but it's a $199 well spent.

Note to other users on the forum: The Covert Diaspora discs are 24-bit. You should only consider getting the entire collection if your soundcard supports 24-bit playback.

I would highly recommend the collection to anyone.
