hey whats up I have acid 3.0e (about to get 3.0f) but it is making pops and scrachy noises when it is playing and im painting something in real quick, what is that? I dont remember it doing it on earlier versions but I am running a AMD athelon 550 W/ 256mgs of pc133 RAM, is it me or is this a common thing.........

In ACID 3.0e or later, check Options/Preferences/General/"Use slower updates"

That should do the trick.
