Subject:An exception has occurred

After I've been using Acid 3.0 for about an hour I always get the following error message. "An error occurred during the current operation. An exception has occurred". All I can do when this happens is to end task or restart the computer. Has any one else had this error? I have the latest Acid update and this bug has been present in every update since the original 3.0.
