Suggestion for rendering options for youtube?

I have been trying all kinds of settings in the Advanced options for rendering, for a video that is going to youtube. it seems everything I try, the file is either too big (100 GB!) or the video is noticeably compressed (less colors and less sharpness).

Can anyone recommend a decent setting that provides a nice sharp video that is reasonably sized for uploading?

thanks.

The Internet templates in Movie Studio are already optimized for you. Imagine that.

I've tried a bunch of them. that's why I'm asking.

Why don't you tell us specifically which of the INTERNET templates you used, (there are only a couple), and specifically what problems you encountered with each, along with your media properties, MediaInfo report, and screenshots. These unfocused complaints are getting you nowhere.

Last time, the INTERNET templates do not produce 100GB files, nor are they "too compressed".

How could anyone suggest "settings" without any knowledge of what the problem is!??
