jpg is blurry

At the end of a video, I typically like to produce a jpg for a still shot while the credits are rolling. The last one I've done, the jpg always comes out much blurrier than the video was. Has anyone else come across this? Have any suggestions?

What are the specs of the jpg you are using?

Are you cropping the image in MS?

Your preview must be set at Best/Full before capturing a jpeg or png.

I haven't done anything to the jpg, I'm getting it right from Vegas Video and putting it back into the movie.
