Subject:Problem with files*.wav

First of all ...sorry for bad english ^__^
When I try to load a wave with Acid 2
I receive this message:

The file is an unsupported format. Acid does not support compressed
file format.

Tryed to open the same files with Winamp and I have no problems....
I tryed to open the windows wave files (chimes.wav, etc) with acid and I have the same problem. So I uninstalled Acid and installed again...but the problem is aleways here....So I think it's a windows problem...but why only with Acid?
Can you help me?
