Subject:HELP IN ACID PRO 3

A little while ago i got ACid Pro 3. Over the time of using it i encountered these problems which both occured now. I need help immeditaley, thanks!

1. When i try to save in every way (file-> save, on the toolbar, and exiting the program) i get a window saying "The page you are looking for cannot be found, Contact Sonic Foundry for assitance" The window was in Interent Explorer as a webpage, but it was obviously lanuched from Acid.

2. Rendering Buzzing.......Whenever i reder to MP3, WMA or WAV i get buzzing in my audio. I dont know if it occurs in other formats ( i havent tried them)but i bet it does. basicly , it renders and i can hear my song, but every few seconds my music cuts out for almost a second and i hear some buzzing. In the past, i could restart my computer and it may work but it doesnt seem to now. Thanks -XS

My Computer:
About a year old
Intel Pentium III 800mhz procesor
128mb of ram (i put in another 256 but it didnt work)
30 gig hard drive with 10 gigs left
nVIdia 32mb video card
SoundBlaster AudioPCI ( i know, i'm gettin a audiophile soon)
Windows Melenium Editon

It really sounds like you're running in demo mode, for some reason. The external window being launched is likely trying to get you to purchase, because saving projects is disabled in the demo. Also, the little buzz every few seconds in the renders is something that happens in the demo. If you're unable to play/record for more than two minutes, that'd be a sure sign.

My advice would be to either enter a serial number if you haven't, or else uninstall and reinstall.
