Subject:identifing errors? while opening files and applying FX

hello all, i've been experiencing the same kernal errors and illegal operations for a while now. either while opening a WAV or Sending to FX. i was using 3.0 now using 3.0F and still getting the same errors. i've saved the errors can anybody recognize these?

Can you give a little more specifics to your system? Soundcard and video card especially?

Here are some things to try:

-Update to the latest drivers for your soundcard and your video card.

-Turn down video acceleration. High-performance AGP video cards hog system bandwidth, potentially causing problems.

-Shut down any programs running in the background. This includes programs like chat messengers, antivirus programs, and system utilities. They usually reside in the SysTray in the lower right.

-Completely uninstall and reinstall ACID. Use the latest build and keep your serial handy.

-Be sure to contact tech support directly. This is mainly a peer-to-peer support forum.
