Subject:Video in ACID PRO 3.0

I try to import .AVI video files to edit them in ACID PRO 3.0: only sound works.
I checked "view video" and "show video track" in the menus, but there is no image, only black square screen on video timeline an display.
This video works fine in Windows Media Player, so what????
Could someone help please?

Have you tried other AVI's to make sure it's ACID and not the AVI itself? Could be an encoding issue...
