How do I activate the chopper in ACID music? I've done it once or twice on accident and now that I want to do it I'm at a loss. Also, once you've edited a loop and you want to copy it every other measure how do you do that without cutting and pasting every single one? Thanks in advance...I'm a new user and figuring it out.

Use ALT+2 on your keyboard to activate the Chopper.

Try using the Paste Repeat command (CTRL+B). Use the "Even spacing" option. You'll have to calculate exactly what you need depending on how long the event is.

For example, if the event is exactly one measure long and want to specify every other measure and paste it four times, you'd specify "4" for the "number of times to paste" and "paste every" 2 measures. (Be sure to position the cursor exactly where you want it to begin before performing the paste repeat.)

The Chopper is only in ACID Pro 3 and not in the other versions of ACID, BTW.

Ok, that makes sense. When I activated the chopper the first few times I got a "advertisement" for PRO.....man I don't really want to upgrade yet but it sure seems like anice tool. Thanks for the info!
