Subject:Files showing as missing

I recently replaced a bad D drive, and ran into what was possibly a corrupted file, which was stopping the playback of a song. I deleted the file from the piece, and the song now plays, but on some other songs files are missing. Should I uninstall and reinstall? I upgraded from acid music 3.0 to acid pro 3.0 some time ago online. Should I reinstall acid music and the use the serial numbers to reinstall pro? Will I lose the music I have already? I don't know much about backing up the files yet.

I just looked and saw my D drive(DVD) and E drive(CD-RW) are not showing up when I look in the explorer window when I open a song. I noticed the drive wasn't starting up after I put a loop disc in, I guess that's the root of the problem.
