Install errors, rendering glitches -ACID Product Family

Having rendering problems, glitches Music 3.0a. Got Music 3.0f, then can't open any files. Uninstalled, now can't reinstall. Went to regedit, deleted SF stuff, still says a previous version is installed, won't install. Checked knowledge base, says contact SF. I am miffed! Win98, 400MHZ, 160MBRam, ran good for several mixes, then one day rendering was glitchy. I would just like to install this thing and make tunes, please help. SF e-mail too slowwwwwwwwwwwwww.
