Subject:Squeeks & Beeps... Help Please

Hello all

I have downloaded the Demo of Version 3.0f of Acid Pro. I really like the idea
of this software, but I am having a problem with it. After awhile of playing
around with the program and doing some editing, I start to get these "computer"
type beeps and squeeks... They never happen in the same places, so I know they're
not from the .wav files. Very strange. I would like to invest in this program, but
I can't spend the money if these things are going to happen...

Anyone have any advice on this problem?
Thanks

Are you using in DX plugins or effects?

Yes, I'm using ExpressFX Reverb on drums, guitar, and vocals, and Delay on some
other parts....

I have the latest version of DirectX on my computer.
AMD 1.2 Ghz
Sound Blaster Live
WinME

Thanks
Patrick

I believe the beeps are "reminders" that you are using the demo version of the FX plugins. I can't be sure though. Anyone?

Yes, I believe your right... I removed all the directX plug-in effects from
the tracks, and the little noises went away... Man, I thought I was freaking
out... LOL They're just loud enough to destroy the mix.... LOL

Thanks
Patrick
