I want to know if there is a way to save all the plugin settings that I have created, in case of the event of me formatting my harddrive or similar data loss. THNX S.L. |

The presets you're looking for are generally stored in the registry, unless they're too big, in which case they'd be just a pointer from the registry to a file on the HD. Sound Forge 4.5 and 5.0 come with a Preset Manager built in that will save .sfz files. Sound Forge 6.0 will ship with a separate Preset Manager utility that will save .sfpreset files. The latest Preset Manager makes it really easy to transfer presets from one machine to another, or from one machine to the same machine after reformatting, etc. HTH, Joel |
